See if there is interest for this.

1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

OK, now it's my turn to call shenanigans:

If you count the fact that I did in fact mention there being no official language in my answer to #5 and that the piece of paper/fabric that is laid down in the nave for a bride to walk on is called a runner in #11, I believe that gives me 6 as well... add in the bonus, and I lay claim to the victory on this one.

Not knocking Helen's excellent results, and not saying she shouldn't have the privilege of posting the next one, but...

c'mon...

Just remember who signs your paychecks, Adam... :)

Ergh, I hate body switching :)

Serges, in answer to your response:

# In typical quiz show fashion, I must take your first answer only, which for Q5 is German.

# Also in quiz show fashion, for Q11, "It's a good answer but it's not what we're looking for."

# Again Q11, I asked what the bride walked down, as opposed to what she walked on. It's basically semantics (I bet we all wish we had that skill), the nave is the middle of the church, the aisles are down the sides.

# The super secret bonus could only be answered by people who answered Q8 correctly. Consider it the super secret terms and conditions.

So I believe your score remains unchanged. I'll leave it up to the two of you to argue amongst yourselves.

And I sign my own paychecks... That's why I earn so much.

LMFAO Adam you rule....

Serges I do believe you've been outsmarted. I'll alert the media.

Oh no. What shall we do. O Great One has outsmarted O Greater One. That messes up the cosimc-ness of the Great hierarchy order.

OK... the real quiz I tried doing never posted since I timed out, so here is yet another "quickie"...

1. 1 Megabyte is the equivalent of how many bytes?
2. What is the name of the Japanese number puzzle commonly referred to in the US as "cross-sums"?
3. What is the palindromic name of the Playstation 3's new controller?
4. What is Quagmire's first name on the animated show "Family Guy"?
5. What classic horror film was remade and released on June 6, 2006?
6. In his most recent "State of the Union" speech, Bush started by saying he had the privilege of being the first President to start his speech with which 2 words?
7. In the Douglas Adams book "Life, The Universe, And Everything", what was the name of the planet whose citizens attempted to destroy the universe?
8. Who is the famed creator of the Civilization series of computer games?
9. In 2002, a high school student set a record for folding a 4,000 foot long sheet of toilet paper how many times?
10. What is the name of the youngest agency on the Top 20 list? (no fair looking)

Bonus:
If I took a $20 bill of US currency to Hawaii, what would its value be in Hawaiian currency?
