See if there is interest for this.

1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

Sorry for the delay, have been caught up in getting my agency on its feet.

For all of you who receive the Sleuth newsletter by e-mail as I did today, my theme comes from there. Ben gave us the Firsts to: reach Shangri-La, unlock a villain hunt, and capture a villian. I give you: more famous first from the 20th Century.

1. 1902 --- 1st woman in the British Empire to run for a national office. She ran for the Australian Senate when women there got the right to vote in all federal elections.

2. 1912 --- 1st boy to reach the rank of Eagle Scout -- the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America program. He was of Oceanside, NY.

3. 1926 --- 1st American woman to swim the English Channel. It took her 14 hours and 39 minutes. (She broke the existing men's record.)

4. 1932 --- 1st transatlantic solo flight by a woman. (traveling from Harbor Grace, Newfoundland, to Ireland in approximately 15 hours)

5. 1946 --- 1st canonized American saint.

6. 1952 --- 1st professional woman bullfighter. She got herself two bulls in the contest held in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

7. 1964 --- 1st male to appear on the cover of "Playboy" magazine.

8. 1972 --- 1st athlete to win 7 Olympic gold medals.

9. 1988 --- 1st figure skater to land a quadruple jump in competition.

10. 1993 --- 1st non-Japanese yokozuna (sumo wrestler.)

Good luck to all.
