See if there is interest for this.
1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

ok, here is a true/false sushi quiz
1. sushi was originally invented as a way to preserve fish for many months.
2. sushi is the japanese word for "raw fish"
3. meats (beef, ham, etc) are used in sushi
4. you must only eat sushi with chopsticks
5. wasabi was found to prevent tooth decay
6. sake is the american spelling of a japanese alcohol drink and the word for shrimp.
7. grasshopper is used in a type of sushi
9. the largest california roll ever made was 300 feet long and included 4 lb wasabi.
10. the blowfish is so poisonous that the most poisonous parts are discarded as hazardous waste.
BONUS: a sushi chef-in-training will spend up to two months learning how to make sushi rice.
