Is anyone else having problems finding the "urchin" i have opened around 4 days worth of cases and not had a thing, which is very strange. I dont have an outstanding task on my list and hoped that the Nemesis hunt hasnt stopped working

So another day and still no urchin, the only mission i have is that i have found the secret map in cairo- this shouldbt effect my nemesis though??
Any thoughts as to why he hasnt shown, or do i need to have a little patients
