I seem to be doing well with the Arcanum Brotherhood, however the others don't seem to care for me....How do I get into better standing with this dudes? (I JUST LOVE THIS GAME!!!)

You can get on a good side of a faction by doing cases they like and quiting the ones they dont like. Its very hard to be on the good side of more than one faction. Some say its possible but I cant see how.
Sometimes you will get a cut scene in a case telling you about a faction that would like to see it solved. If this the faction you chose, do it. If not quit it or give it to someone else, if you are a part of an agency.
Once you got on their goos side you can go visit them and do the daily little jobs. Your standing with the faction droppes daily, so its a good idea to do this jobs.
The factions also sell special equipment you cant get in the store and they can teach you a special skill.
So just choose one!
