Also, my standing with the Dies Arcanum was originally at more than 32 and suddenly it is only at 28 now though I have never failed a case in the last 3 days and none of my cases had put me in bad with the Brotherhood. What is causing the glitches? Please help me regain my missing points and quizzes.

Also, the higher your points are, the faster it drops.

I've also had a similar problem.
How can I complete the quiz when the program keeps on logging me out suddenly then disallowing me to answer the quizzes? also, I answer the first question correctly and then whenever I try to answer the second question, the page refreshes and states that I answered incorrectly (though my answer was definitely the right one) but to a totally different question altogether that was not the one originally asked.
How can I go through the quiz withotu this glitch? Thanks

hmmm, RAi, when I first started playing, I used to have the same problem. I found that it only happened if I tried to right click a new window open for google. Now, I open it from the desktop icon, and I do not have the same problem. Don't know if this helps or not though.

cfmdec, you're probably right. i think I did that and so did Ace. is there any way to get back the lost points when this happens? thanks
