My Score didn't go up!

I did answered the questions for the Order Of Socrates (correctly) Yet my points with them remained the same? Is there a reason for this?

It is probably because when you have such a high score, you only get +1 for doing the little job. And since your scores go down daily, they just evened out/went down. A way to prevent this and to get your score higher is to do the little job AND do cases that are +OS.

Yes, but once it gets to 10, it doesn't go down anymore.
