How come there is none in NY?? It's been more than 3 days now....

Aknas, I'm sure at least one will pop up in NY once the 3 factions that are in NY are won by agencies.

LCN, OOS, and DAB are all actively open and started in other cities, so we wont see those 3 factions for TH's in NY until they are completed.

Oh I see. Well, you guys better hurry up and get those treasures. I only need to open a treasure hunt in NY to complete my task. Preferrably DAB. ;)
