Howdy y'all!
I've been spending a lot of time redecorating my apartment, and was wondering about the possibility of storing items directly in your apartment from an AI case or favor. Is that something that could happen? Has that been discussed before?
I'd love to hear thoughts...

I used to wonder about that. Back at the time when I decided I could no longer devote enough time to Sleuth to remain an active agency player, I thought it would be possible to manage my own gear using apartment storage. However, stripping off in the apartment before solving every case is just silly, and the cost of moving the apartment from city to city each time I travelled was also annoying. So I went down the one-person-agency route instead.

I like having apartment storage (mostly for looking at pretty clothes that I don't wear) and it would be really nice if it was a bit more accessible for a sleuth on the go. ^-^

At one time, there was a plan in the works to have a major upgrade of the Apartments. This included new furniture in all locations, new decorations for various holidays, and furniture that could be used for storing things **OTHER** than clothing or accessories (ie. -- holiday items, paintings you were tired of looking at, old furniture, stuff bought from other locations, etc.)
What happened to that plan, I have no clue. About the time that we were making serious strides on it, Ben announced that he was basically scaling back his time on Sleuth, and turning it into a 'used-to-be' experiment. (That was also about the time I took a sabbatical, so things may have changed in my absence.) Anyway, you might want to post this little nugget on Biggie's "Sleuthy Dreams" post. Maybe if enough people yell loud enough, progress on some of these things might actually happen. :-/
Hope you find room for your stuff in the meantime. ;-)

Thanks Breit :) I wish I knew how to work computer magic, then I would volunteer all my time to Sleuth...maybe it's a good thing that I don't, seeing as I do need SOME spare time...
