I heard that when you go to the Pub, someone there could reduce you False Accusations. Where is the pub?

The Bar ( cocktail glass) , if you go in you can choose to talk to the "shady character" for $400 he will remove all false accusations.

Uhm the location is correct. The amount is not. The amount gets higher as your experience raises. I wish it stayed 400 though, right now I am almost at 1 million if I have to visit him. :(
