So I was just over at Big Lucy's, and I found a clue there I'm sure I've never had come up before. I don't want to spoil it here in case it's something important, but has anyone else seen a new hint at the cabaret lately?

I wonder if it has something to do with that typewriter thing in the city news...

Friday, I was around for when those teasers were added. And yes, the stuff at Big Lucy/library references old expansion teaser stuff like Cairo, villains, and apartments.

That being said, IF Molly did in fact find a "new" clue, I suppose it's possible that clue is a teaser for something new coming through the pipeline. Development on Noir has seen an upspike lately, with wire transfers and the villain hunt clue tracker and stuff like that.

I for one will start checking out the cabaret to see if there's anything there. Molly's been around long enough to know the difference between and old clue and a possible new clue.

Last night someone pointed to a couple of strange clues in Big Lucy's Cabaret in NY and the Library in London; I haven't seen them, but I'll keep an eye on both places.

Awwwww I wanna know I wanna know, hints always means something exciting is going to happen :D Will be so disappointed now if it's an old hint

On a side note it's awesome to see city news have some different stories regardless off whether they mean something or are just nonesense :)

It only took a couple days' worth of cases, but I can confirm that there's a clue at Big Lucy's that I don't think I've ever seen before. Doesn't seem to have to do with new items, or Cairo, or apartments.

I'm afraid to say anything about it on the boards, in case it's something spoiler-y. But yeah; it doesn't seem to reference anything currently in the game...

Bear in mind that I had to visit the cabaret 4-5 times before the new clue popped up. The other times it was the same old clues about apartments and new clothes and such.

I'm waiting to get word from Admin about whether or not I can say anything more about what I saw. But, I still have the cabaret open on my detective, and it's the same clue every time I look. I'm holding off on doing cases right now until I know to what extent I can "spoil" this clue.

If the clues randomly appear at the cabaret then they are valid only for NY based agencies

In what way, VS? Seriously, I'm trying to figure out what you mean by that comment. The most reasonable takeaway I can pull from it is that detectives in NY-based agencies might find it more convenient to search for info at the cabaret, which is absolutely true. But to call clues invalid in some way? I just don't understand what you mean.

What i mean my friend is that if your agency is not in NY then you have absolutely no reason to stay there and do cases losing xp points + cases for travel etc. Normally all detectives are active in their own cities (when they are not after a villain or a treasure) because there you can help your teamates etc so the clues sould be available in all 4 cities...otherwise they are valid only for the specific based in that city agencies
