That's one question I have. Another question is, what skills and and experience level should I be for each of the different levels of difficulty?

Well, you are still able to do beginners. If you haven't done the tutorial, I suggest doing that one first. Also, do not do too hard of cases until you have done a full days of cases without guessing/quitting.

I've done the tutorial, and I'm 10-1 right now. How many beginner cases can I do?

as much as u want. go on with the level till you have more skills or items or till u find it to easy. then u move up a level. if its too hard move back down and earn more skills.

The beginner level has a max. exp limit of 200. Once you reach that, you can do the easy ones forever if you like.
