Mob history is to be made tonight, and you are along for the ride.

Sonny Capellini, The La Cosa Nostra boss of the Brooklyn area and a few of his closest compatriots were found dead in his home two nights ago, victims of blasts from sawed-off shotguns. Fuggheddaboudit. Theories suspect rival Emil "The Butcher" Bocelli, a higher-up with no small means at his disposal. Emil wanted to assume his place as the top man in the Brooklyn outfit.

However, the Santanelli's have cracked open the books and are hesitant to appoint the wild-card Bocelli, for fear they might have trouble from him later on down the line. They favor Jimmy "Legs" Tarabotti, a well-respected mobster who has no beef against the Santanelli's. However, La Cosa Nostra isn't about to lose more manpower over this.

Jimmy "Legs" Tarabotti has been sent for, and if he makes it to the meeting in a warehouse on 34th tonight at midnight, he will assume the mantle of the entire Brooklyn outfit. If he doesn't make it, the outfit goes to Bocelli.

You are a close-knit crew of Tarabotti's supporters, but word on the street is that Bocelli bribed a few of his men to the other side. Its possible, with their sabotage, that Tarabotti will be dead far before midnight. Only the final strike of the clock will tell.
Can you keep Legs Tarabotti alive until he becomes the most untouchable man in New York? Find out in this game of...The Resistance!

Danny, I love you :)

But

That makes no sense at all. The last team had to have at least one spy on it, so either Biggie, Riza or nic is a spy. Of course more than one of them could be.

You say you think nic is resistance. Based on what? Lol that sounds rude but I don't mean it to be, I'm just wondering if I've missed something along the way? So that leaves Biggie and Riza. I know Riza is resistance but obviously you don't know that so from your point of view she could be a spy.

So my question is why would you vote yes for a mission that has 2 people from the last mission that failed? The odds aren't good for us if this goes through which is why I have said no even though I am on the team. And lets not forget we're already behind we cannot afford to lose this one too.

Danny, you do seem a little spy-ish to me at the moment. You're depending a lot on the assumption that I'm a spy if you voted yes.

Remember, people did that before and they were wrong :)

Seriously, are we playing Resistance anymore?

Also, I can't think of a logical reason anyone would vote yes to that mission. I voted no and I'm on the team :-)

if voting yes makes you a spy,
well heck I vote yes all the time,
I s'pose voting no would make much more sense,
it's certainly better for rhyme.

Ok, I can change to no. But I thought the only person on the failed team that is this one is Riza? I didn't realize Nic was on that team. Maybe I missed a post? And I think Riza could be a spy but I don't really have a lot to go on and figure I will after this. I'll reread the posts and see who was on the last team. And why isn't anything happening? Did we break it?

Ok, maybe I was reading the wrong post. So the fail team was just 3 players? Riza, Nic and Biggie?

And Biggie, I thought you might be spyish because you vote yes on first mission.

I'm not a spy. Just really stupid and bad at reading. Most of the time, I'm reading these after work, sometimes after being at work from 9am to 2am and it can be find the info. Not to mention, I don't know who stickied this, but it's bloody annoying. I never look for it there and keep reading the wrong post then get really confused.

Should we start a new game? I mean I obviously like playing this but waiting four days to find out the results of a mission proposal kind of kills the interest a bit. At this point if this game ever does resume, I will have to go back and re-evaluate everything because I can't remember who did or said what. If this game is going to last over a month, it's not going to be any fun for me, at least. And I have a feeling people are going to forget that we have a Resistance game going on which will make it even slower and hence less fun.

Thoughts?

Let's wait another day or two..maybe she has some problems to take care of.
This voting changing situation does not seem right to me. It means that people are playing this game just out of inertia, not focusing on the facts here.
I don't know, maybe I am wrong, but the flavor seems lost. :)
