It is rumored that the ornate palace gates of Shangri-La have finally been opened to the public for the first time in known history. The Prince is making his debut into the public eye with a brilliant gala hosted by the Prince himself: an exclusive invitation-only event attended only by the most prominent and affluent people from countries all over the world.

Some commoners have been invited to this rare event--but not as guests. The Prince's most trusted advisor has particularly collected special operatives to patrol the event: the world's brightest, swiftest, and most skilled. You will be entrusted with making sure that everything goes off without a hitch. But there are those who would rather see the event go down in flames, along with the Prince himself.

Five minutes before the event is scheduled to start, a report of a most alarming nature reaches the operatives' ears. There has been a breach in the ranks. Some spies have infiltrated the group! But since they have never seen each other's faces, there is no way to tell whose allegiance is true. The team has been compromised, but there is still a chance to save the evening.

The operatives' job this evening is to make sure the Prince's gala goes off without a hitch. If he is pleased at the end of the night, they will be rewarded handsomely. Sources say he is forgiving of small mishaps, but when pushed too far...

The Prince's reputation is at stake. Will his gala be a phenomenal success, or will it succumb to the sabotage of the spies? Stay tuned to find out in this installment of The Resistance.

Well that's one down.

Unfortunately Molly wasn't the one I was worried about.

I just don't like the votes Jason. It doesn't make sense. But I'll wait to see the results and hopefully this mission succeeds and what I am worried about is just paranoia.

@Vulkie - or it means there is a spy on the mission. Can't be sure either way.

That could also be true Kagome, but there are already 3 succeeds. If there's a sabotage, it's from Nic and personally, if that were true, Nic is either a great spy by keeping the "Succeed" - rate up or not such a great spy by sabotaging it and making it 1-1. Although I think Nic is with the Resistance and will vote Succeed no matter what ^_^

Three succeeds and if there is a sabotage it is me?

Umm... Riza hasn't posted the results of the mission and only Molly has officially posted her action publicly because of the IN THE SPOTLIGHT card used on her. So what three succeeds are you talking about Vulkie?

And how exactly did you jump to that if someone sabotages this mission, it is me?

This is only confirming my very daunting feeling I had earlier. But like I said, I will wait to see the results of this mission before I post anything about what was worrying me.

Also Vulkie, I have no idea what you are talking about because being a good spy means winning missions for your team. It only takes 3 missions to win the game. So why would it make someone a "good spy" to let the spies go down 0-2? That doesn't even make a little bit of sense. The purpose of the game is not to sit here at the end of 5 missions and say I think XXX are spies. The purpose is to win 3 missions. So why would it make a spy "good" to intentionally lose two missions and basically hand the win to the Resistance, especially with Mission 4 - 2 Sabotage requirements out there? So I can sit here at the end of the game and say... "Hey Resistance... you won, congrats! But you TOTALLY didn't know I was a spy. Rock on with my bad self!"

*huh*

I am going to say this right now.. I had a bad feeling about this mission. And everything vulkie just posted confirms every suspicion I had. I'm assuming Adam already submitted his action. And if this mission fails, it's totally a set up to take me out of the game. Calling it now.
