It is rumored that the ornate palace gates of Shangri-La have finally been opened to the public for the first time in known history. The Prince is making his debut into the public eye with a brilliant gala hosted by the Prince himself: an exclusive invitation-only event attended only by the most prominent and affluent people from countries all over the world.

Some commoners have been invited to this rare event--but not as guests. The Prince's most trusted advisor has particularly collected special operatives to patrol the event: the world's brightest, swiftest, and most skilled. You will be entrusted with making sure that everything goes off without a hitch. But there are those who would rather see the event go down in flames, along with the Prince himself.

Five minutes before the event is scheduled to start, a report of a most alarming nature reaches the operatives' ears. There has been a breach in the ranks. Some spies have infiltrated the group! But since they have never seen each other's faces, there is no way to tell whose allegiance is true. The team has been compromised, but there is still a chance to save the evening.

The operatives' job this evening is to make sure the Prince's gala goes off without a hitch. If he is pleased at the end of the night, they will be rewarded handsomely. Sources say he is forgiving of small mishaps, but when pushed too far...

The Prince's reputation is at stake. Will his gala be a phenomenal success, or will it succumb to the sabotage of the spies? Stay tuned to find out in this installment of The Resistance.

This one smells of "Recently failed proposal" and I'm not buying it. Sorry.

I think the consensus here is that Jason is playing too "well" to be a spy, right? Well, either he's gotten a LOT better at fleecing us, or a Resistance member just got taken off the team. I think it's more likely the latter. "No" vote sent.

Molly has chosen not to use her STRONG LEADER ability for now.

Vulkie has made her mission proposal.

Mission 2, Team 2

Team Leader: Vulkie3
Team Proposal: Vulkie3, Molly Maltese, Adam Carter, nicnic

It is now time for the rest of the team to vote to either approve or reject this mission proposal.

When you do vote, please send me a PM stating "Mission 2, Team 2: YES or NO."

I believe Nic and Molly are resistance and im honestly not sure about anyone else.

Its interesting everyone but biggie voted no on that last mission. Its also interesting Jay used no confidence.

Im going to have to think about this. I know im resistance and was completely on board with the last mission. But im not on this mission and it'd take me trusting adam and vulkie and im not sure that i do.

Then again i also dont trust Jay or Andi through Jay.

Im not fleecing anyone, if i were a spy i would have outed myself by now.

Im convinced Jay and Andi are spies, i dont know about the other two. Could be Adam and Vulkie. I guess im going to vote yes, if there is a spy on this mission it'll be insightful, and if it passes its another win for resistance. PM sent.

Lets not forget guys that if enough mission proposals are rejected the spies win. Lets not allow Jays suspicious reasoning to lure us away from our actual goal. If Biggie is a spy then shes the only spy who voted down that last proposal and that makes me alert that the spies want to lure us into a false sense of security. Theyre voting very cleverly.

Thanks for the confidence Jason. I assure you, I know at least that Adam and me are resistance. I was doubting whether to include you, but I didn't. We shall see how it'll develop out

I have no idea what to do. The last vote was weird. If Adam, Molly, me, and Jason are all resistance, that mission was really bad for the spies also considering Adam having IN THE SPOTLIGHT and him giving me KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON YOU.

Yet at least 3 spies voted yes. Either they did that to cause confusion or they did that because there was a spy on the team and they weren't thinking. But if there was a spy on it, they totally would have been outed. If Adam forced Jason to post his action on the board, then I used my card on either Adam or Molly, and the mission failed, at least *I* would have known who did it.

I think for now... I won't vote YES to a mission unless it has both Adam and I on it because of the cards we possess. I sorta like this mission and don't know why Adam voted NO. He can force either Molly or Vulkie to post their action publicly, and I can use KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON YOU on the other one.

The only reason I really think Adam is resistance is because he gave me the card he did. I don't think a spy would want to put that in the hands of resistance. Especially the way he set up the last mission proposal. The spies pretty much have to sabotage at this point (with mission 4 looming out there) so he would have been outed by me if he did.

Also confused by Serges' use of NO CONFIDENCE here. If he were a spy, wouldn't he want to hold onto that for use at a more critical time? Or maybe he didn't want the spies to go down 2-0 knowing it would be pretty difficult for the spies to win.

I'm also not liking the next three mission leaders who are up for proposals. So I think maybe approve this one and if it fails we will have outed at least one spy?

Ugghh.

On another note, if Adam was outed as a spy, vulkie would be outed as well, which means we would have figured out two of the spies. I can't really see it being logical that Adam is a spy.

It's a hard choice Nicnic, but your reasoning is logical. If this'll allow us to win this mission, we are 2-0 in front. I'd certainly advice Adam to use his card on either Molly or me (Although I voted yes already, which I dare to say here) and maybe you can use your card in case something bad happens. But rest assured, I voted yes. If it fails because Adam doesn't trust me still, that'd be a sad day for the Resistance, seeing the next leader's up for a nice mission...

I think we have to approve this mission considering we are going into no man's land in the line up and I really don't know what the next three will propose as a team.
