In my cases sometimes when a piece of evidence matches someone with a fake alibi. It either says it's someone else or It logs me out. Why?

After privately quizzing igotthepowerinme, I finally determined that he was using an application. But when the case bogged down (usually because of suspects clamming), igot sometimes became frustrated and skirted around the program. So he received one FA because of a simple lapse of logic.

So there are no issues with the game engine.

However, being spontaneously logged out is a problem. It has happened to me as well. It doesn't happen very often, but it is an irritant. Since igot is currently on an AVH, it happened to him at the moment he was making an accusation. Because of the timing, he didn't get the clue for the AVH.

igot assumed that there were problems with making accusations in general because of the FA issue and the being logged out issue both happening at the point of making accusations.

Im using Pigeots Sleuthhelper app. Every time the FA happens, I went to the regular program, and I knew it was him because everyone else was crossed off. I think the problem was I accidently clicked on the suspect right by it. I'm not sure.

I mean if it wasn't clear, I went to the regular program to make the accusation.

Application? Sleuthhelper?

I think I kind of feel like Charlie Brown.

Some people use this little app called sleuthhelper (which seems to be a bit feral at the moment) - it collects your case information when you visit a screen and displays it in a table at the bottom of your screen. It's neat in the sense that it sets up all your suspects against evidence, sets up a match, no match, could match scenario, keeps track of WE. etc

It's great. But if you want to reverse engineer your cases, ie prove the evidence against people with real alibis then you're still writing things down really, or squinting at the screen lining names up against evidence :)

I'm sure someone has a link.

A paper and a pen has always been the fastest way to solve any Sleuth Case.
Any application or helper will only slow you down and make you a regular Shady customer. Remove them all !
As your name indicates ....you have the power in you my friend...find your courage and start over.

Thank you Squirrel :)

I think I'll go with my tabs. I now know that it's not good playing with multiple tabs open but it's fun. It saves my time in more than one way.
