Loosening Rules on having multiple accounts in an agency

We've had a longstanding (if unevenly enforced) policy that limited a single player to no more than 2 accounts in a competitive agency.

This policy was instated at a time where there were a couple dozen very active agencies and was intended to prevent one or two players from subscribing a bunch of accounts and then dominating the Treasure Hunts. Part of the challenge of running a competitive agency is coordinating between members and working as a team.

In the ideal world, I'd love to keep this policy active. But, the reality is there are now fewer active agencies and some of them include accounts that were originally controlled by different players but were then passed onto teammates when the original players stopped playing.

So, we are officially ending that policy here on Sleuth Noir. Go ahead and keep more than two accounts in an agency if you want, but please don't take it to do much of an extreme that it dissuades other agencies that really are made up of more players.

thanks all

Also, for now this change doesn't affect the similar policy on Shades of Mystery (where there are actually some technical restrictions in place to help enforce this rule).

Thanks Ben for clearing the matter up. It directly affects me because I usually keep 4 detectives in a single agency and just to make sure I don't get too carried away with treasure hunting, I will publicly designate 2 of them for treasure hunting. The other 2 I won't use in the hunts.

Sean King and Baldacci I will designate as hunters.

My other 2 active detectives are Lucas d and Dr. Doolittle. If anyone sees either one of these 2 hunting treasures, feel free to call me on it.

Happy Sleuthing everyone!!
