Hi everyone

If you need an agency to stay in while gathering points for factions, gaining contacts or while doing an AVH (and need access to smart gear) -feel free to send me a PM to join Caplan, Devon and Hill.

We are not an agency in the usual means. It's not an agency for newbies or to train people or to do hunts.
If you are already in an agency but want to join for a few days in order to get something done, I do want to know it's ok with your Director first.

It's simply a place to stay and use the facilities/equipment if you need to while in Shanghai.
