I recently found an awesome party/social game called "The Resistance" that my friends and I love to play. The premise is very similar to games like "mafia" and "werewolf"; you have a group of players, in which some of them are working against the group and have knowledge the others don't.

In "The Resistance", you are basically members of an underground organization known as "The Resistance" attempting to destroy the establishment. However, among you there are counter-agents, or "Imperial Spies" who are working to sabotage your efforts. The spies know who they are, as well as who else is a spy, but will for all intents and purposes appear to be working toward the goals of the Resistance.

The game takes place over a series of 5 "missions". The Resistance is trying to complete 3 missions successfully, while the spies are attempting to sabotage 3 missions. First one to 3 wins.

THE FOURTH MISSION:
After the debacle at the rendezvous point, the Resistance needs to mount a rescue mission to attempt to free their captured comrades. They possess information that could lead to an Imperial all-out raid on Resistance cells across the land. If this information were to fall into Imperial hands, then hope would be all but lost.

Fortunately, Resistance sleeper agents are already in place at the Imperial detention center, and are able to assist in a jailbreak. However, they can't blow their cover, so a team will need to be sent to put the gears in motion. The mission will involve sneaking into the detention center, incapacitating the guards, freeing the Resistance prisoners, and escaping without alerting Imperial forces at large.

However, you know know, without doubt, there are spies among you. As such, there will be a contingency plan in place to free the prisoners, in case the first plan gets compromised. These prisoners MUST be freed, or the Imperials will get the information they need to wipe out the Resistance once and for all.

This mission will require 5 team members to go.
VERY IMPORTANT: Due to the back-up plan in place, this mission WILL succeed unless it is sabotaged by at least TWO Spies.

Danny, once the abilities have been passed out, you may propose the mission team. You may put yourself on the team if you so desire.
I await your decision as to who will receive these abilities. Please post your decision here.

Also, I think the last spy has to be one of Marc or Danny because Special K said she thought they were Resistance and she knows who the spies are. I think Molly may be doing strange things because she doesn't like to play linear or something.

I know who TWO of the spies are. You guys are SO BLIND when it comes to Jason. If you agree that Illicit IS a spy, why wouldn't she have lied about Jason's allegiance?

He is a filthy, handsome, Captain-American SPY.

I can't wait to see this next mission roster haha.

Danny, if you aren't a spy you shouldn't feel the need to keep that confidence card for yourself. GIVE IT TO ME! :-D

and Nic, have you ever given serious consideration to the idea that you might be wrong about me? :)

I'd start giving that some thought. Because I'm also pretty sure that you were "SURE" that the last team didn't have a spy on it.

"and Nic, have you ever given serious consideration to the idea that you might be wrong about me? :)"

Nope

"I'd start giving that some thought. Because I'm also pretty sure that you were "SURE" that the last team didn't have a spy on it. "

Wasn't SURE. Still thought Illicit could be a spy, but that was the only way to find out and the probabily of it succeeding was higher than just selecting a different random team to go. 'Specially if you were on it. ;)
