According to Larry the Toe, there's a warehouse by the docks with a Cabaret in it with a bunch of cash inside. Where is that exactly? I've went to the docks and I can't find a warehouse.

Remember the place disappears if you move onto a case. Next time, immediately after receiving the note, remember the place Larry mentions and when you're on the map, hover the mouse around that area. If I'm correct, it should become clickable over a small area. You will not see anything show up, but your mouse will let you know. :)
