Sorry to ask this, but I've been trying to figure out how to get an invitation from the Prince, or rather I should ask, where, when, or how do I obtain one? I need the "Negotation Skill," in order to pay the Pirates, cause I'm blocked from entering Cairo, and I can't travel to Shangri La without an invitation from the Prince, to obtain the skill needed to negotitate with the Pirates, which seems like I'm butting heads, or in an endless cycle, going nowhere fast...hehe:) But, that is what makes this game so great and not boring. The challenge is rewarding. If answering my questions is considered a spoiler, then I'll seek help from private means. I'll check back tomorrow and see who offered advice. *Wink Wink*

Oops, sorry about this, but I'm looking pretty mental right now. Think I need some serious counseling? Guess I could blame it on all the stress those Pirates are putting me through...hehe!

Local socialites are ecstatic on hearing rumors that the ambassador to the Prince of Shangri-La is making the rounds among the finer cocktail parties in New York.
Whenever you see the following in the City News, this shows where your invite is going to be from. In this example, simply travel to New York and ask each of the townies about the ambassador. Eventually, one of them will tell you about his location in the Hall of Records (You have to ask, otherwise he won't show up there.). Speak to him, and he will require you to solve an AI case. Once you do that, go speak to him again and he'll end up giving you an invite to see the Prince. That's it.
