Normally, it's 2:00 p.m over here in China when the clock hits midnight on Sleuth, so I usually get my new cases at 2:07 p.m. Strangely, it's still 23:40 p.m Sleuth-time and 2:45 p.m here, so that's unusual...
Wait, just got a theory....Is this due to Daylight Savings?

The US federal government decided several years ago to alter when the time changes occur here on a national level. If programmers haven't caught up, then you will notice that times here will be screwy between the old and new time change dates. It is no surprise that programmers in Sleuth haven't updated these important dates.
If Shades is on time, and Noir is not, that would mean we are being neglected in Noir. Or it can be that Shades was programmed after the federal announcement, and both are neglected.
