Have you just had your best day of Sleuthing ever? Solved your first AI case? Got your last contact? Picked up your first treasure? Found a spoon? Finally got into the Prince's Palace?*

This is the place to share the joy, have a 'woot' or two and be congratulated by your fellow Sleuths.

Or maybe you've just had to pay Shady enough cash to finance a small war. Or reached screaming point with the tailor in Delhi. Or been pirated twice in a row. Or fallen into a trap three times running. You can share the woe, too, and we'll commiserate. We've probably been there too.

Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

(* If you don't get the references, never mind. You could ask someone. Or you could just wait and see what the world of Sleuth brings you further down the line...)

Beautiful case today with 2x left handed note, 2x right handed note and 4 suspects referring to librarian for alibi.

Very smart suspects right there.

My favorite is when you're doing a favor for a contact and in the case they clam up with verifying PE or WE. .. like, how rude can they get?? They ask for a favor and then they reject my help? Mm, no.

Funny sidenote ... today I had a case in which one of the suspects had the avatar of Arthur Conan Doyle. His name also happened to be Arthur.

I love it when I have a guilty Achilles that left a footprint and had the Shoe Maker as alibi.

These pets are annoying, ive been super busy the last couple of weeks studying for my exam so i havent had much time to play. My poor dog is sick and it cost a fortune to cure him. I wish i hadnt spent all that time bothering with it, its way too much up keep.

oh no @Dreamcatcher!!

i do wish we could pay to kennel them for a bit, or something. i haven't played cases in about a week and half because work has been crazy, but i logged in for 2 minutes every day to feed Poirot, just so he stayed happy. definitely wish i could've put him in a boarding aviary so he'd be happier and not alone while i was away!

I've also been gone a while. My poor snake, Severus, is super sick. But, I don't have enough money to pay for his treatment. So, I'm trying to finish cases to get money, but he has dropped my smarts so much that I can't do high level cases to get more money. Drats.

It actually doesn't matter whether you take good care of your pet or not. At some point they will get sick no matter what. And it wouldn't even matter but they'll get negative stats that will drag your overall stats down. You may get lower stats than when you wouldn't have had a pet. That's asinine.

Yeah, pets seem to get sick easier and quicker when you aren't able to log-in and feed/groom them regularly. My snake got sick once when I was on regularly (that is why my money was low when I took my break) so, coming back on and finding him sick again was not fun. I have made enough for his medicine at this point. But, I can't do much else since my cash is super low now. But, at least I have my stats back!

If you acquire enough brass rings you could trade them in for health potion vs. spending all the cash as well.
