Have you just had your best day of Sleuthing ever? Solved your first AI case? Got your last contact? Picked up your first treasure? Found a spoon? Finally got into the Prince's Palace?*

This is the place to share the joy, have a 'woot' or two and be congratulated by your fellow Sleuths.

Or maybe you've just had to pay Shady enough cash to finance a small war. Or reached screaming point with the tailor in Delhi. Or been pirated twice in a row. Or fallen into a trap three times running. You can share the woe, too, and we'll commiserate. We've probably been there too.

Me? I'm just happy that after two days' worth of 'south of the race track' I've finally got out of Shanghai :)

(* If you don't get the references, never mind. You could ask someone. Or you could just wait and see what the world of Sleuth brings you further down the line...)

^ Have you seen how those pets grow, Bad Ass? Check out Riza's "puppy" and Tyranomaster3's "kitten". You might change your mind about wanting a pet ...

As for me, it took a great deal of yesterday and all of today to get the one remaining clue I needed in NYC. So many repeats. So many cases with multiple PE and alibis needed from same PE townie. More than a few quits. And finally, get the clue, ready to move to next city- but only 3 cases left. Four needed for Delhi. But at least I get out of NYC : )

Yes, that was a smart design. Once you have a pet you need to keep feeding it. So we're hooked to those furores by a guilt trip :/

You know, quitting favour cases in order to get the contact you want is just one of the most tiresome things in a detective's life. Ho hum - back to the vodka bottle.

Yay, I got a rasputin's egg. Too bad I've been to Shangri-La already today. Will have to go again tomorrow. xD

This might just be the first time anybody's celebrated getting a Rasputin's Egg. :P

North of the racetrack....check
West of the racetrack....check
After repeating these two clues I finally get
West of the bank....check. Which was just so helpful, not!

This last AVH has been nothing but repeat clues. Maybe I will get out of city three tomorrow.

Bwyk, you don't *have* to do furores once you have your pet. Feeding them has nothing to do with the furores at all. And if/when they get sick, you have the option to pay money instead of using rings. At least that's how I understand it. I know the bit about feeding them is right. My bird hasn't gotten sick yet, but I'm fairly certain yeti has said the bit about paying money at least twice. (Or maybe one of those was the carousel operator when you adopt...)

Congratulations to Sumia (Yay!) and condolences to shell (I'm right there with you.)

Too bad the egg is as cursed stat wise as Rasputin was. D: Such a pretty egg.

I hate it when a new clue tells you nothing new. Worse than repeats imo because you get excited for a new clue. Good luck with your AVH! ;3;

Thanks, Autumn! Maybe young pets can't get sick? Or less likely too? (though would not make much sense haha)

Also, I can't wait to see the grown up version of the bird. Somehow still hoping it morphs into a crow or raven. o3o I mean, it's like the smartest bird. Who wouldn't want one??
