Here they are:
1. If two players have the same amount of points for a specific faction,like 30 each..which one will be the faction "leader" or the mother/father inquisitor for example at the dies Arcanum Brthrhd?
2.How does books help you in the game? I bought 1 and received 80 exp points and 2 skill points..will it be the same or what?

1.I believe in that scenario,whichever reaches the highest mark with that faction first becomes the 'Leader'.
2.Books grant you a little bit of experience that will help you out early in the game.You gain skill points based on experience,so no,it won't be the same each time.Each book will give you experience from 80 to about 200,or 400,I don't quite remember.

For the books question, just in real life, - they're educational xD. I just love to find most of them (there's even a "how many books did you collect?" - highscore here on Sleuth Noir) and eventually read through them. It also gives you experience, as mentioned above here, but the most fun part is to see if you can make it to the highscores with "most books collected" ^_^
