Getting Rid of Dead Weight

I have a member of my agency who for weeks sent me PMs wanting to become a director. I finally gave in and accepted them, however, that was last year and they have never played since. It can be frustrating when there is a slot that can be filled by someone who is really interested in joining and a slot is occupied by a inactive member.

I am aware that if they are a director they can remove themselves, however, since other directors can kick out a member when they are not active maybe a good suggestion would be to give that authority to the person who starts the agency to allow them to kick out a member even if they are a director.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Botsie, Admin made changes to that. You can now boot out inactive directors. Read Admin's thread called Agency Update in the Game Announcements section.

If you cannot boot him directly, if he have been inactive for more than a month, you can demote him first, and then kick him :-)

Kudos, Botsie, on wanting to maintain an active agency! Too few agencies bother to weed out "dead weight".

Even the admins don't weed out inactive moderators.

Keep up the good work, Botsie. :)
