I am aware that at one point or another there had been a biography contest but to the best of my knowledge that was a few years ago. The idea really appeals to me. I was thinking that we could have a bio contest 2011 or something in that same vein. Maybe this could be an organized contest and there would be submission deadlines and the admins or moderators would judge? I do realize that some of the more active contributors and people most likely to participate in this contest may have already been in a bio contest. They might be worrying that their entry would be redundant. In this case they could just do a detailed character anecdote? This would have to be discussed some but nevertheless, I would jump at a contest like this. We should talk it out and see if we can get something going!

Indeed. This may spark some of our detectives into making interesting and entertaining bios for themselves, besides their Sleuth Nior achievements, for submission. Everyone likes to read a well-composed yarn. And if there is a contest, it would up the stakes, and have everyone taking more interest in improving their page. After all, everyone enjoys a reward for something.
