As per the Noir Newsletter...
We've distributed some new rare prize drops around the broad expanse of *NOIR* Sleuthville. (Noir having a much broader err 'expanse' than Shades lol)
Challenge yourself to find these eye catching, uniquely colour-toned, in-game items. Of course how you challenge yourself with something that is fairly random, is beyond me, but by all means go right ahead :)

OK SS, I'm guessing I have dumb luck, which has gotten me a rose colored Royal Peacock. Would seem to fit the bill.
