Sleuth Noir was unplayable all day on 12/14. This is the longest continual downtime we've had in several years, and we're very sorry about this.

Luckily, there was no data loss associated with this event.

We are in the process of adding a couple of extra controls to prevent these kinds of extended outages in the future.

In accordance with our subscription policy, all current subscribers have had their paid subscriptions extended by two full days.
