I would like to know what is there to do when you can't gen any more information from any of your suspects or from any of the places(butcher, barbers shop, restaurant etc.)?

If you don't have enough information to crack a case, then the wisest to do are to quit it.

I assume the obvious that you have tried to figure out any evidence in the case. :-)
There might of course also be that if you are in an agency, you may ask some of your agency mates to help you with the case.
