I have done a little investigation as there is nothing better to do at 2.30 AM in the morning.
I think there are a lot of confused people. Well most of all us.
Octavia the barber: picture of a male
Maria the waiter: she is actually not there
Ruby the bucher: picture of a male
There is actually no booth in tricky mister, with a shady character there. Could be the guy on the far left though.

I always have trouble remembering the bankers name because the photo is of a man. I want to call her Sylvia (the butcher). :)

IF everyone is trying to be politically correct, the correct name for Maria's occupation would be "wait person." :)
