Every so often, the Powers That Be, ie, Admin, put out new stuff. Some of it is fairly small, some of them are big projects. The Battery Boardwalk, we're told, will be one of these 'big' projects (prob'ly on the terms of the caves or the boat).
All that prob'ly means bupkus to you, but there ya have it. Hope it helped. ;-)
