Can I have an unlimited number of detectives on Sleuth Noir?

There's no fixed limit (as far as I know!), so you can create as many as you want.

There is a sort of unwritten agreement, though, that no one person should control more than two detectives in a treasure-hunting agency.

*sits back and waits to be refuted on that one, or to hear the howls of protest* :)
