racedogg in the future u can better PM ben with this kind of thing. otherwise accusations start to go round about ppl and u dont even know if they did it.

another tip is to get agency clerck. he keeps track of the safe and the locker.

my agency got also robbed more than once. it's very annoying that ppl r doing it. its a game. but posting here would just make ppl post back etc.. and could get unpleasent. its better to discreatly handle this accusations.

That sucks racedogg, I noticed that. I feel bad for you!!! Not only that your angecy is gone, but also wondering which one of the two. Obviously someone you trusted enough to be a director.

We also got robbed once. But luckely not in a way that it retired the agency.

Next time be a bit more careful who you turn in to a director. Only a director could steal funds, which would let your agency disappear.

racedogg2, I recived a message that we did not pay the rent when about 4hrs earlier when I was on we had plenty for the rent. It may of been the person who took all the items I put in the locker.

exactly lou
i noticed the same thing
i put in a whole bunch of $ cause sherlock2 actually took it out (i hope) but the next day it was gone
and my apolpgies. it couldnt have ben grumblebunny or eddc cause they werent directors. sorry:(
i let them be my directors cause there my best frends in real life
i thought i could trust them cause of that
lous rite though. we had plenty of $ and equipment the day before the agency got disclosed. obviously someone took it. it cant have ben lou cause he wasnt a director and even if he took the stuff, its ok because it was mostly his stuff except 4 a couple things
i noticed that the equipment locker was empty 1 day and the clerk said nobody had done anything but this is logical cause i wasnt on the day before. the $ was also gone but same story. weve gathered the clues, the suspects, the crime, now hopefully ben can solve this scam once and 4 all:)!!

I'm not sure how much I should get involved in these agency robberies. On the one hand, I hate to encourage a system that rewards players who betray their agencies' trust. On the other hand, the agency security system is in place to protect against this kind of thing before it happens. I would really rather provide you all mechanisms to police yourselves.

I realise that can be difficult because people can create multiple detectives. Maybe we should think about adding mechanisms to give agency directors more information about what detectives are probably owned by which players?

Yes this would help them comming back as some one else and causing more headaches.

splinter cell, do you have any insight to add to this discussion or information on what went wrong with your agency?

Yes I would be all for that Ben. Even if it is a feature an agency has to pay for. Things like:
-History of agencies someone has been in
-Potential doubles someone has (either via Paypal payments, or IP address, or people who volunteer this info.)
-Number of people ignoring this user.
-If someone ever left an agency, with equipment that was not theirs.

Someone who doesn't have any ill will in mind, would not care, if anyone was able to track this.

I agree with Sunny, I think that Splinter cell should clear his own name here (if he wants to.) This could have easily have happened by accident, particularly since racedogg mentioned there was not a tun of money in the safe.

Sounds good Ben. It would be good to be able to track an agents background before hireing.
