Is this *really* a fair way to go about kicking people? Every good sleuth has a 'bad day' occasionally.

Therefore, shouldn't a strike get wiped out, say if you complete 10 cases WITHOUT getting another false accusation?

There is a way to remove false accusations from your record. You just need to look around a little more.
