i would say washing blood from your hands is quite definite, whereas, leaving from crime scene suspiciously, wearing his watch or havin an argument the night before are all abit indirect.
Am i correct to say so? or are they all the same level of evidence and depends more on the difficulty of the case?

All witness evidence is of the same value.

Ideally justice, you are looking for 1 pysical evidence, 2 witness evidence for the same person. Sometime it isn't easy to get, but...

obviously, they don't have an alibi either.

Don't stress too much about getting that many pieces of evidence together, though. No/fake alibi combined with fewer than that is plenty.
