Question: What makes a nice agency for YOU?

Before I start, no, this is not misplaced, since my intention is to recruit for an agency yet to be created if I find enough people with an interest on joining.
The reason for the question is that I see many sleuths looking for agencies and taking some time to find the perfect place because most of them don't meet their expectation.
So, what do YOU think makes a good agency?
And, in case you're currently look for one, please write "I'm interested" at the end of your post.

Unfortunately, the blinking icon is from the site itself.
Though it would be pretty nice having a little note like:

Instead of the blinking icon.

In my agency we work as a family and are well liked by other agencies. Family atmosphere is a plus. Put that together with team work and you have a winner. Has been working for my agency for 2 years now.

Yeah, a family atmosphere is always desirable.
That is a thing you build through time, though.
