Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.
Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

Two shepherds are talking. The first says to the other, "Give me one of your sheep and I'll have 3 times as many as you." The second one replied with "No, you give one of yours and we'll have the same number." How many sheep did each shepherd have?

Correct!!
Now you have 25 live chickens. You have 6 boxes. Divide the chickens in such a way that each box has an odd number of chickens in it. You must use whole chickens (can't cut one into pieces) and must use all boxes.
Have fun!!!

I thought it wasn't possible to have 5 odd numbers and end up with an even. ODD+ODD=EVEN. So...I am very stumped. Would you consider sending me the answer, it is driving me nuts, I can not figure it out.

Bump brings a topic to the top. It means the bumper wants this thread to stay active.
