Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.

Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

Suzie must be a mythical creature from some planet with a different year length. Maybe a rhinopotamus - half rhino, half hippo. Maybe a hungry hungry hippo.

(Snicker.) Okay, let me reword mine to make it clearer.

Two animals of the equine persuasion, a stallion and a donkey, were stolen from a local farm. Two sets of tracks lead from the farm to a nearby cliff. No other marks were found. Both animals were found alive in a market several towns over. How is this possible?

Hint: they wear the same size horseshoes.

I don't think horses can walk backwards, or wear horseshoes backwards.
