Hello all.
I'm fairly new to Sleuth and I thought I might share a little hobby of mine with you all. Here's something for that sad moment when the mysteries of the day are all done.

Thousands lay up gold within this house,
but no man made it.
Spears past counting guard this house,
but no man wards it.
What is it?

i'd have to agree with bryola on this one, but if the glass IS full with water, it wouldnt have touched the ground because he dropped it above his ahead, therefore all the water spilled onto his head

Or the class is enclosed in another container? Wrapped tightly in plastic wrap? Something like that?

Correct, the story does not say the glass was filled with water, just said it was a water glass. :) So any answer that said, there was no water in there, was correct!!!!

Another:
Even though the odds are always in favour of the gambling house, why does the establisment insist on a house limit on stakes?

lauraandgabriel:- Balanced on top of one persons head.He (or she) will be unable to see it.

S.H. Close but not right. A drill doesn't usually have teeth.
