Dvorkin deftly brought the arch villain Otto "Government-Rejected" to justice today!
Is it just me, or is this a new name? Perhaps the nemesis AV has been added?
Or, alternately, I may just have never seen the name in City News or on a hunt :)

It must be new. They updated the names and added some pictures (woohoo) of the villains.

I've never seen it before! I like the "Government Rejected" description! He must be realllly bad..lol. Good catch :-)
