This is another simple, fun game. (Plus, you all love seeing my mug at the top of this board!)

I will pick a subject (eg. Animals) and the object is to come up with something relating to that subject beginning with the next letter of the alphabet, starting at A and ending at Z. Whoever comes up with something for the letter Z gets to pick the next subject. For example:

Subject: Animals
Person 1: A - Aardvark
Person 2: B - Beaver
etc...

So, to start us off:

Subject: Colours

Q! we forgot Q!!!

quiff (c.1920)-a slut or cheap prostitute

and to continue,

V.I.P. (c. 1933)- very important person

And I just thought this was interesting:

Origin: This frequently used contraction was created during World War II by a British officer in charge of organizing flights for important military leaders. In order to conceal the names from enemy spies, each of these were referred to as a "V.I.P." in the flight plan.
