How am I supposed to get them?
I got the safe cracking skill and I read that I need to have all but one of the keys in order to get in the safe.
Any help will be apreciated.

As Vulkie says you get the keys by doing favours. Once you have all the keys except the last one you can use your safe cracking skill. You don't have to do the last favour, just go to the bank and 'crack the safe' and you will automatically get the treasure :-)
