Heya, I was just wondering if anyone knew whether it's possible to upgrade to a better building once you've already made the downpayment on another (less costly lol) building? - and if so, whether there was some kind of cost in doing so?
Alsol, does anyone know what the penalty is if you don't make your daily rent?

When upgrading, you pay the downpayment for ur new building. You can get back a fraction of the downpayment you had paid for the old one.
For rent, 2 days of non-payment and it will be close down.
