Sir William Weine needs an agency? That'll be new to those who met him! Sadly, however, this is true! I can help with case files and will go to any cities eagerly to help out on hunts and anything, but I have no access to Shangri-La or Cairo, and I have under 15,000 experience: Still, I will accept any good agency offers, and hope that my new agency will find me helpful!!
