I'm not sure what exactly it is your after but I got my "Felt Cape" (+1/+1/+2) at the fence at Lucy's.

Thats it. taunt me with the cape. I am aware of that being at Lucy's, problem is its never there when I find the place. Been there many times and it's never there. I;ve noticed that the location of the cabaret is what determines what is there. Besides that, I want a magic cape! :-P

Yes, Joseph, in Big Lucy's the items cahnge depepnding on the location of where it shows up, I have yet to find the location wehre the cape is available
