I am doing really hard favors and I always get thoughness related items. I am a smart and charming person and my skills are charm/smarts based. I ended up keeping mostly low level items because they are on the charm/smart side, because I'm not getting such high level items.
Am I just unlucky? Is there a balance in the items at all levels?
