Selling a Favor?

This question has probabaly been posted here a number of times but I couldnt seem to find it so Im sorry if I'm overlooked it. I did a favor for the priest and he gave me a trench coat that gave me +2 smart skills, while thats nice, I had to bribe the shoemaker $150. How would I go about selling the trench coat, and for how much would be an appropiate price? (In my cases I end up bribing somebody because of my lack of skill points)

You can sell the trench coat at the detective shop on the map.It will list what you can sell it for. Starting out you will sometimes have to pay bribe money to get the info you need to solve your case. In time you will build up skills and contacts so will not have to bribe so much.

when getting a present after a favor u can also choose to sell it right away if u click on the link that is shown to u. if u keep it u can always go to the shop later.
