You do not need to be subscribed to visit the Cabaret. Anybody can go there.

sorry, im a bit confused. does one need to be subscribed to get to Lucy? Also, what can we expect to find at Lucy's Cabaret? How much money is needed at the least? Thanx

no need to subscribe to go to cabaret. u can sign on the messege board and buy things but they are expensive.
talking to lucy is difficult and a big secret so im not telling.
