I learned the Ambassador was in town and found him in the Hall of Records. He told me to solve an AI mystery that day. I did, and when I returned to the Hall, he was gone. He is still in NY and I can still find the announcement that he is in the Hall of Records, but when I go there, he is nowhere to be seen. Does anybody know where he is?

This is not true Joey. alan make sure that you are doing the mission on the same day. If turnover hits you will need to find him again and talk to him
